KinderAttend is a hosted application service. Controltec hosts the application and the customer accesses the application over the Internet, the telephone or a POS device. Accordingly, the product price is based on the estimated access to the application by the client.  The most economical mode is KinderAttend – Web, since only the Internet and access to the database is used. KinderAttend – Dial is somewhat more expensive, since we are receiving toll-free calls daily from all providers.

Controltec charges a one-time registration fee for services that include:

• System setup
• One day of on-site training by a Controltec trainer
• All travel related expenses for the training visit
• Unlimited toll free telephone support
• Program updates including state reporting requirement changes
• Database monitoring and backup services

If you have an existing subsidy management system from which you would like to import providers, children and schedules, we can quote this separately after we understand the specifics of your system.

Our terms are simple: We invoice for 6 months in advance according to the
estimated child count. Subsequent invoices include adjustments for the previous invoice period according to actual child count. In case of contract cancellation, any unused fees are refunded.
