KinderAttend™
collects attendance data for children at childcare providers.
The data is stored at a consolidated database, and attendance
information is
sent to the subsidizing agencies on a daily basis. This makes attendance
tracking for subsidized childcare completely paperless.
-
Web
applies
a secure web site that the childcare provider logs
into to update the attendance schedule of the children under the
provider’s care.
-
POS
(point-of-service)
uses
magnetic cards issued to parents for
children which are swiped through card readers at the childcare provider
to track attendance.
-
Dial provides a
toll-free number that childcare providers can call to
submit attendance
information about the children in their care through
a voice response
system.
-
PIN (personal identification number) uses
keypads at provider
locations. Parents enter the PIN issued to children
to log their arrival
and departure at the provider.
-
Bio
applies
finger geometry recognition devices to uniquely identify
the parent or
other authorized person to drop off or pick up the child, and
similarly
to POS, logs attendance of the child at the provider.
Depending on the
specific needs of your agency, we will help you to
determine what combination of web-based attendance tracking and POS
card readers is best for you.
KinderAttend™
represents the state-of-the-art in attendance tracking for
children and is especially designed for subsidized childcare agencies
and
government.
